About
I translate science
into decisions.
I am fascinated by the human mind and its practical impact on how we make decisions and how we lead others.
Practice has always come first for me – from volunteering in paediatric oncology and at UNICEF, through the advisory board to the Prime Minister of Slovakia during the COVID-19 pandemic, to running my own group of companies.
Outside work I am first and foremost a husband and a father of two daughters. Sport, sleep and recovery are not lecture topics for me but a way of life through which I test daily what I pass on to others.
